Quality Management Process
TR Vertriebs GmbH has a holistic quality management process support by technical and manual multi-level checks. Each device undergoes a certified datacleaning process to ensure secure data wiping. In addition, the devices are tested by specific software to identify hidden defects.
Data Cleaning & Wiping
Once the device enters the TR device process, all devices will be data wiped and cleaned to apply full data-security for our clients and comply with regulations.
Software Technical Diagnosis
TR Vertriebs GmbH is an NSYS Premium Partner, using NSYS diagnostic tools to conduct a holistic device test and identify hidden defects. This process ensures full technical performance.
Manual Human QC
Human quality checks are applied to each device that passes Stage 1 & 2. Although the software will recognize 99% of technical faults, our human QC will find the 1% missing.
Final Cleaning & Report
Each device will have an individual test report attached to it incl. a 52-step fault check. > 80% Battery Capacity on A/B.
Functional Tests
Every Grade A unit clears all key functional tests and looks flawless out of the box — the tier your customers reorder without a second thought. Battery health is guaranteed above 80%, and on iPhone 15 and newer that typically means 90%+, with the iPhone 17 series mostly landing at 95–100%.
Cosmetics
Cosmetically, these are as close to new as a used device gets — a few very minor blemishes that only surface under close inspection, not the kind your customers will ever notice or complain about.
