How selling your fleet works
You send us a simple inventory: models, storage variants, rough condition and quantities — an export from your MDM or asset list is enough. We quote against our daily wholesale pricing within 1 business day. Once you accept, the devices travel to our German facility as an insured shipment; for larger fleets we coordinate the logistics with you.
On arrival, every unit is checked in against your list, passes certified ISO data erasure and our 52-point functional and cosmetic diagnostic, and is verified at IMEI level. You receive a settlement that lists every device individually — reconcilable line by line against your asset register — followed by payment by bank transfer.

Data security your DPO can sign off
Retired business phones are a data-protection liability as long as they exist un-wiped — they carry mail accounts, customer contacts and access tokens. A factory reset by the intern is not documentation. In our process, every device is erased to certified ISO standards before anything else happens to it, and the erasure is logged per unit, so your records show exactly which device was wiped, and when.
The same verification we apply in wholesale applies here: each IMEI is checked against blacklist databases and confirmed free of activation lock before the device is remarketed. Nothing leaves our process carrying your company's data or your company's name.

What do we need to prepare before selling?
Remove the devices from your MDM and Apple Business Manager, disable Find My / activation lock, and back up anything you still need. Devices that arrive activation-locked cannot be remarketed and slow down settlement. Chargers and accessories are welcome but not required.
Do you also buy devices with damage or heavy wear?
Yes. Our grading covers the full range from pristine to visibly used, and devices are priced on their actual tested condition. Tell us about known defects up front so the quote is realistic.
