Serialized tracking and receiving
Each unit is received, logged into our system, and given a unique IMEI label, so we always know its status at any given time. Phones are quarantined in a secure area.
The 52-Point Diagnostic
Every device passes this diagnostic before it is graded — run on NSYS, PhoneCheck and Blancco and documented in an individual test report per unit. The catalog covers 52 checks in nine categories; which ones apply depends on the model — model-specific features such as the Home button, 3D Touch, the telephoto lens or wired audio are only tested where present, and on some models additional model-specific tests bring the total to as many as 60.
