We clear through our own customs deferment account at Hauptzollamt Hannover, under our own EORI number. Import VAT is deferred rather than pre-financed per shipment — so consignments are not held up by a payment step, and we are not routing your goods through a third-party clearing agent.

Export practicalities, handled

The 52-point test and blacklist verification per IMEI protect the part of the chain you cannot fix remotely — a locked or listed device discovered at destination. Orders paid by 5 PM CET ship the same day, and the 30-day warranty applies to export buyers the same as to EU buyers.
